Remote hard to use on air con in kitchen living area

Situated quite centrally in Darwin City. It's a short walk to supermarkets, Crocosaurus Cove etc. It has a view to sea towards the northwest over the golf course from the balcony. Spacious living dining area and balcony. Room size is okay. Kitchen has cooking essentials, various pots and pans, bowls plates and utensils. Oven and stovetop. The dishwasher works, dishwasher capsules supplied. Washer and dryer were helpful, detergents provided. Air-conditioning in bedrooms work well. Shower is warm. 2 underground parking lots.

The gas BBQ on balcony seems working, but the previous guests probably didn't clean it up well resulting in heavy smoke during preheat, so we didn't get to use it.

the size of the apartment was great, two recreation areas was a plus. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and the unit was very clean. The laundry, plus supplies provided was greatly appreciated. Secure under cover garage and lift access was great. The small size of the complex was also a positive point. The location.

only one bathroom for a three bedroom apartment, which would contain 6 adults seems insufficient. Accessing the external toilet is most inconvenient. A slight problem with the automatic lock not programmed to the correct time for entry.
