The property was excellent and the location suited us perfectly. The underfloor heating made it very comfortable. The view of the river was good. A short walk into the town.

There is nothing that I didn’t like.

Everything was perfect. We appreciated the underfloor heating, the amount of natural light, the atmosphere, the space and the beautiful view we had on the river Meuse and its surroundings covered in thick snow when we were there. also liked the information provided on the town and the area.

It was a large accommodation with a large kitchen, living area and a bedroom. There was also floor heating which made it very comfortable. There was also a monopoly board game of Dinant that we enjoyed and Thank you for the Prosecco.

To make this accommodation even better there could be 2 hooks added in bathroom next to shower door for your towels, some shampoo and soap and anti-slip for the carpet in the living room.

Stephane was very responsive. He welcomed us with a bottle of champagne which was very nice. He had a bottle of milk in the fridge for us which we did not drink but it would be very helpful for guests with young children. The free reserved parking was perfect for such a place that is so close to the city center. Its location is on the main road but once inside the house, we weren’t be bothered by the noise of the cars outside because the house is soundproofed very well. The view is magnificent. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and it has 2 floors. The downstairs bedroom is very spacious with comfy bed. Upstairs has another bedroom that could sleep 3. There are 2 folded cribs and children play area upstairs. The kitchen is spacious with everything you need to cook your home cook meals. The fridge is not big and there is no freezer so you need to plan your shopping accordingly if you stay longer. The living area is also spacious. The bathroom is separated from the toilet so if you go in a big group you should not have issues waiting for your turn 😉. Please note: this apartment is on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator. If you have physical challenging climbing stairs then this is not a place for you. Other than that this is the perfect location. I would stay here again next time I visit Dinant. Thank you, Stephane.

Spacious apartment overlooking the river. The location is excellent with the car parked safely off the road it is just a 20 minute stroll along the lovely quayside to Dinant. The apartment is fully equipped, light and airy and a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by on the river.

It is a second floor apartment and I wish I had thought and packed a small case of clothes. I have 2 large suitcases to lift up the stairs.

It was very cozy apartment with great view. Had everything in it that you need for your stay.
