Banana Apartments

Мы успели пожить и в 395, и в 397 апартаменте. Оба на 28 этаже, и оба имеют шикарный вид на море. В целом апартаменты соответствуют фотографиям. Современный свежий ремонт со вкусом, красиво, чисто, уютно. Все необходимое для жизни есть. Мы совмещали работу с отдыхом. Интернет (wifi) был хорошим и для созвонов, и для рабочих задач. Кровать удобная, достаточно широкая для двоих. Отдельный респект за обезьянку. В доме 3 лифта, долго ждать их не приходилось. Расположение тоже хорошее, 10 мин пешком до пляжа. Вокруг много кафе и магазинов. В самом здании есть кафе с украинской кухней. Хозяева отзывчивые, быстро реагируют на запросы. Нам нужно было доп полотенце и пару мешков для мусора. На следующий день все принесли. С заселение тоже никаких проблем. Заранее предупредил и к моменту приезда, нас уже ждал хозяин

В целом все хорошо, но если придираться, то было бы неплохо поменять сковородки. Они немного деформировались и сложно готовить на них. И добавить соль и сахар, в солонку и сахарницу. Ну еще может чуть больше мешков для мусора и таблеток для посудомойки.

The apartment has everything a guest would want, including an amazing view of Batumi & the Black Sea. Creatively decorated, fully equipped, wifi worked perfectly, comfy bed, awesome shower and lovely balcony. Dishwasher, laundry, cooking facilities. Short walk to the beach and supermarket. Responsive host. Really appreciated the ride to the train station for an early morning journey.

It was a little tricky to locate as the building has multiple entrances. Entrance #2 at the back of the building is the one where you will meet the host’s lovely father (not much English but a very kind man).

Comfortable and renovated apartment with amenities like washing machine that was well appreciated. About 5-10 mins walk to the beach. Located in a residential building.

We stayed at Banana Apartments for two nights and had a lovely experience overall. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the pictures – beautiful, spacious, and with a wonderful view of the sea. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s even a departmental store and a fruit vendor conveniently located on the ground floor. Location-wise, it’s about 10–15 minutes by cab (during non-peak hours) from European Square and the Boulevard area, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and cafes. The surroundings can feel a bit quiet and slightly eerie at night around the ground floor and hallways, but we felt safe throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Bejani, the father of the host, Irakli. While we didn’t get to meet Irakli in person, Bejani was an absolute gem. He welcomed us, showed us around the apartment, helped us find a parking spot on the first day, and even parked and retrieved our car for us on both Day 1 and Day 3. On our last day, when our car battery died and we were running short on time to catch our flight, it was Bejani’s kindness and efforts that saved the day. Despite the language barrier, his helpfulness and warmth made us feel truly cared for. Moments like these are what make travel experiences memorable. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay with genuine hospitality!

It was perfect view and perfect hospitality, İrakli is so welcomed all the questions, you can come and stay without any trouble. He also allowed us to stay while our flight is late at the night, thank you for everything.

Condition, facilities, view

Cute and cozy apartment (the monkeys are a nice touch). The view of the beach from the balcony is amazing. We booked last minute and it wasn’t an issue - the check in was straightforward and the host seemed like a kind & good natured man. He gave us a key for the ramp to enter the private parking area, but we didn’t use it as we found street parking near the building upon arrival.

Amazing views from the balcony, cozy studio with standing out design, spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed there (except maybe shampoo and shower gel). Very kind owner, free pick up and always on time. The sea is 5 min away.

There was a slight smell in the bathroom in the mornings.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Banana Apartments, host was quite helpful. sadly I could not contact him when I was on the way to the location, because he was out of mobile phone connection zone but as soon as he discovered that I could not contact him and I was worried he called me and made sure that everything was ok. When we got to the place he told us that his usual cleaning lady was on vacation and new one did not change bad sheets, but he came to us and changed everything himself so that did not cause us any problem. After our check out we even left our luggage in his car because our ride to Tbilisi was planned several hours after check-out so he helped us and made sure that our bags were safe.
