Location, location, location. The photos don’t do it justice This comfortable studio apartment sits literally 10’ from the beach. Sabrina was a delight and answered any questions promptly and with enthusiasm. We could not have been happier.

Spectacular location & view from the balcony. The apartment is well equipped & comfortable.

The owners sent arrival instructions, but still the place wasn't easy to find, and to identify the correct lock box out of many was a challenge too. Would suggest to owners to provide more photos (green door!) and detailed map from parking to apartment.

The location was absolutely perfect for us. The lovely little balcony was great for sitting with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening, watching people and boats go by. Clearly a lot of thought went into decorating and making the apartment inviting. The kitchen is well equipped, just bring your own coffee/supplies! The only thing we missed was a corkscrew bottle opener, but perhaps someone accidentally left with it. The apartment has both an AC/fan and a ceiling fan. The towels/linens were excellent, and everything was clean. Sabrina provided very clear directions for arrival and parking and was very quick to respond to questions.

The downstairs neighbors are heavy smokers, so if one is very sensitive to that, it could be unpleasant, though the apartment was not really affected, just the stairs and the balcony. The bathroom is perfectly functional, but very small, so some people with limited flexibility might have difficulty using the shower.

Location with sea view from balcony is really great. Kitchen is fully equiped.

Enteance to the building needs some refreshment wih lighting and kind of ventilation.
