Forenom Serviced Apartments Bergen City

The location was wonderful, in city center in walkable area. Restaurants, stores, and things to see and do were convenient. Apartment was well appointed and tastefully decorated. Some occasional street noise and very little interior noise. Good shower and closets. Helpful instruction signs. Excellent place!

The television was not connected and despite electronic communication never was fixed. Wrong WIFI code posted, but was reliable when new code used.

Gedoe om binnen te komen. Hadden de verkeerde codes voor de deur ontvangen, contact met receptie was wel goed. En de tv alleen te gebruiken als je Netflix oid hebt, moet de LG app downloaden tegen betaling wil je normaal tv kunnen kijken...

I do not know how the property looks like as they had issues with the codes i was sent to access the property, so i was stranded on the streets of Bergen in the middle of the night, with crying and distressed family members. I was told to find myself a room for the night, pay for it and ring customer service the next morning to sort things out. Next day after endless calls to customer service (wasting precious time from visiting and enjoying our holiday😭) we were given a different apartment. By that time we were so stressed and upset about the whole situation that we did not enjoy the rest of our stay. I was told that i will be reimbursed the equivalent of the first night of my stay, the price from the original stay( but that is nothing compared to.the price i had to pay at the other hotel for one night, so I don't end up spending the night on the streets😡).

We are still not over this horrendous experience, and it kind of put me off, as booking.com were not very helpful either. A nightmare holiday!!!

The apartment is very well located and within walking distance to most places in the city

The lift is tiny, but we walked most of the time. Had to make 2 trips for the 3 of us with 4 bags
