La ubicación es excelente . El piso es muy limpio y cómodo.

Nos hicieron esperar más de 30 minutos para abrir la puerta. Y no me gusta nada que a casi una semana de estar allí aún no he recibido la devolución de la fianza.

El apartamento esta realmente muy bien ubicado, en el casco antiguo de Bilbao. el travia se encuentra a solo un minuto caminando.

el unico punto negativo fue el systema de check in. Es completamente automatico y el horario de entrada es bastante tardio ( a las 17h ) aunque el apartamento estaba vacio antes, el acceso solo se activa exactamente a esa hora mediante un enlace con llave digital. llegamos a las 16h y tuvimos que esperar una hora para poder entrar, lo cual es una pena. Se puede entrar antes pero hay que pagar. Tambien hay que tener en cuenta que se solicita una fianza extra de 300€ ( que te reembolsa 5-7dias despues de la salida ) que debe pagarse a traves de un enlace externo. aunque esta informacion esta indicada en la pagina booking, como usario habitual es algo poco comun y puede ser un detalle importante para algunos viajeres.

Good location in the old town, easy to get in, accommodated early check in.

5pm standard check in was later than expected and most other accommodation. The apartment could also do with a repaint as some of it was getting tired.
