Difficult to enter. It's easy to get used to, but I was puzzled. Since it is a room in the basement, it feels cramped because there are no windows. location is a bit inconvenient

Nothing, everything was fine.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped, it had a full kitchen and wifi. The location is great, very close to the Casco Histórico, some restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. It offers a nice view of the river from the bedrooms.

When we entered it was a little damp, but that was quickly resolved when we opened the windows. The kitchen is a bit dark since there are no windows, but I think you will not spend much time there.

Accessing the apartment was a bit tricky, but it worked out in the end . Bed was too soft

The apartment was spacious, clean, with enough crockery equipment and utensils to make a really comfortable stay. Really loved having a citrus press. Beds, and the pillows enhanced sleep

Having to give all my personal details to the owners of apartment via text on my phone Both front and apartment door were opened via a link on your phone, a process which was initially confusing (instructions not clear) but became apparent /easy after the first use Some traffic /rail noise can be heard at night

the place was great centrally located and equipped with everything you need

the check in was a little confusing at first but the staffs were responsive and helped clarified any questions we had

What we enjoyed: - Cozy apartment - great location, close to Casco Viejo and to the Ría - Súper comfortable beds - Lovely bathroom with hot water - Very attentive host

What could be improved: - having salt, pepper, cooking oil in the kitchen - Having hand towels in the kitchen - Having a trash can in the bathroom - In the bedroom, blocking the light that comes from the second floor in the morning - Metal spatula - Non stick pans - Oven mits
