Fuimos un par de dias a visitar la ciudad y sin duda el piso fue todo un acierto, es tal cual se muestra en la foto. Aitziber, la dueña, cuida hasta el mas minimo detalle ademas de ser muy amable y atenta nos facilito un sitio para estacionar el coche que la verdad por esa zona se agradece. Sin duda repetiremos!!

"Heel fijn appartement"

Appartement is comfortabel, gezellig, goed ingericht op een fijne locatie. Alles is netjes en schoon en bedden liggen prima. Badkamer is krap maar met een geweldige douche.Eigenares is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Leuke tips van haar ontvangen. Bus, tram, supermarkt en de Mercado Ribera zijn allemaal binnen 10 minuten loopafstand. Attent dat er wat croissantjes, jam en melk klaar liggen. Met 3 volwassenen konden we hier prima verblijven. We hebben weinig tot geen last gehad van omgevingsgeluid. Via de eigenaar hebben we een taxi geregeld, Roberto.Dit was echt prima. Aardige man en goede chauffeur. Ik raad dit appartement aan!

Niks! Een paar ' good to know' tips; Het appartement ligt op de eerste etage in een oud pand, dus 3 trappen op lopen. Er is geen lift. Er is niet veel ruimte om grote koffers te bergen gezien de grootte van de slaapkamers. Er is geen airco maar wel rolluiken in de slaapkamers en 2 ventilatoren.

Appartamento ben tenuto e organizzato, bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Molto utile la stanzetta lavatrice!!

Forse al posto del bancone con gli sgabelli metterei un tavolo con le sedie normali, ma è un opinione personale!

Sehr gut gelegen. Wir konnten vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig.

Die Nachbarschaft war teilweise etwas lauter. Bei geschlossenen Fenster aber ruhig. Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Kleines Bad.
