Great location. Bakery and small supermarket opposite, candy factory on the ground floor! 15 minute walk to the Bormio 2000 gondola, good parking behind the property if you have a car. The property was very clean, very well equipped and the owner is really lovely and helpful. Highly recommended!

It was perfect for us, but is a 15 minute walk to the gondola. We hired a locker in the OkGo ski shop opposite the gondola so that we didn't have to walk with boots and skis.

We had excellent hosts, they took great care of us and dealt with all our needs. They were kind, caring and very attentive. We will certainly be back!

We had very good time at Dolce Casa. The apartment is only 3min by car from the main ski lift ( free ski bus is also nearby). The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. We had very good contact with Camila and her father- who showed us his own candys facktory. Ewa

Everything! First of, the location, 1min from the central pedestrian street, 7min walk to the ski lift ( in ski boots). The appartement is part of a gorgeous and extremely well kept family house. There is an amazing pasticeria in front of it where we went to get our breakfast daily ( strongly recommended!) and also a small super market with all that you might need. Second, the pictures do not do the appartement justice: it is much better in real Life, welcoming, spacious, with a great mix of old and new. The bathroom is grand, the main bedroom a big size with plenty of storage, the second bedroom is smaller bunk beds and fits 2 adults easily, and the couch in the living room can become this HUGE bed. The kitchen is fully furnished, there is also a very big terrace that faces the slopes and the view is incredible. All of that is sweetened by the smell of the candy shop underneath :) the parking space is right at the entrance. There is storage outside of the flat for ski etc. Wifi is fast, small details like a chess board, map of the resort and recommendations were greatly appreciated. Our host Camilla was super welcoming and very fast to answer any quieres we might have. Overall, we had a fantastic time, left at home right from the start, were warm and cosy and happy!!! We will be back.

the property is in a great central location within Bormio town. it is just off the main road through town and if you put the clues together 'Dolce' Casa (I didn't) you'll identify that the property is connected with the artisanal sweetie manufacture. the property was clean, very comfortable, very warm (we were in town for the skiing) and had a great view down the valley, and up to the slopes, from the terraces. the town (and shops, restaurants and bars) are a short walk, the gondola station a 10 min walk (but there is a free ski bus a minute away - with a 4 min transfer to the gondola) and should you choose to take in the in-town thermal baths they are around the corner and a 5 min walk. there is also on- site parking and the hosts are (amazingly) at the end of a text should you need them.

it's not ski-in/ski-out but it's not advertised as such - so if you manage your ski admin (we booked our hire close to the gondola and the hire people (Celso Sport) 'gave' us a locker for the week so no need to carry skis and boots for more than the distance from the gondola you book your hire). Celso offer a ski bus at no cost that we used a couple of times. hindsight shows there are ski hire shops closer to the gondola and even at Bormio 2000 - so that admin can be almost eliminated with planning.
