Art Deco Style Studio in the Heart of Bruges

Decent accommodation in a great location close to the Bruges city center - this makes the price worthwhile. The room is awkward as the separate toilet has no basin, so one has to leave the separate toilet after ablution and walk through the bedroom and then walk through the kitchen to the separate bathroom to wash one's hands, which is not ideal or sanitary. There was a lack of basic toiletries like complimentary shower gel, no hand soap in the bathroom. Given that we were 2 people staying for 3 days. Felt like the hosts were trying to optimize and reduce costs with one tiny bottle of shower gel. There were insufficient towels for the period - we stayed in Antwerp afterwards and the difference in provision of towels and basic hospitality toiletries was like night and day. I have recommended the accommodation to colleagues with the above provisos. The accommodation description mentioned an oven, which is not included. I believe what they mean is that there is a microwave.

Good location. Huswell team did their best to help get heat to the apartment, but was unsuccessful do to no fault of Huswell

We booked the apartment for 4 days. However, there was no heat in the apartment. We had to vacate the apartment since it was not fixed the following day. We asked for a refund for our remaining 3 nights, but the owner did not comply with our request. Unfortunate experience for an otherwise delightful visit to Brugge.

The place is very close to train station. This is the first time I've got not only shower gel or shampoo, but washcloth as well. Found a lot of stuff in the kitchen, and the whole box of coffee capsules.

In Bruges a lot of places have their front door opening directly onto the street, for me this was inconvenient, for example, because of a noise coming from the street. There is locked door in this apartment and it is not a pantry. Something was happening behind the door, I heard people and it felt like someone can come in any moment. Windows can not be opened there, so you can not air out the room. Later I've got a message from hosts, they were trying to explain me how should I leave a review.

Great location, amenities, and property.

Located at a quiet street, near railway station, Lake of Love, & one can walk to city center. The house owner provided detailed massage in advance, so we checked in smoothly. Communication with manage company (Huswell) was easy & got response very soon. The shower room is large & separated with toilet, room is clean, the bed is comfortable. There are enough power sockets, convenience for electric devices.

1. There is no liquid soap in shower room. 2. No gas or electric oven provided (only microwave oven). 3. Check in/out time is strictly limited, otherwise one must pay extra money (Tip: the train station is not far from apartment, so one can store the luggage there, much cheaper than charge, & go to city for sightseeing). 4. Guest have to pay extra for towel & bed sheet or prepare by themselves. 5. Suggest add a sign on glass door of kitchen to avoid impacting by careless.

Location of the apartment was perfect and it had all the amenities we needed. Lovely little apartment. Would definitely stay again.

If I'm nit picking, a couple of chairs and a table to eat at would be handy, but we made it work.
