The property itself is very nice. But one thing really pushed the expirience far away from perfect - the noise. It is very hard to enjoy exploring Aveiro while being after a no sleep night(s). Poor sound isolation and the other people living in the building considering it absolutly normal to shout out loud through the night, playing music and producing any other sort of noises. They will constantly trigger the dogs living in the nearby to bark all night long ruining your sleep. And if you will somehow manage to finaly make it asleep at 3-4 a.m. - after all the parties and neighbour arguments are finaly done - enjoy your 3-4h of slepp because, the gentle drill and hammer duet at the construction which is happening right next to the building would wake you up right at 8 a.m. ! Well, I get it, you can't control other guests, students throwing parties and so on, BUT I would insist that any type of construction happening at the moment near the object should be mentioned in the description and the guests should be awared of such a condition. This can and should affect our choice. Other than that, I liked the apartment.

no air conditioner and even though the host provided an additional fab, it was still very hot and uncomfortable.
