"Kurztripp im Frühjahr"

Die Ausstattung und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter der Wohnung. Es ist nicht weit nach Palermo und zum Flughafen. Der Ort bietet alles was man braucht.

Die Dusche könnte mal ordentlich entkalkt werden und die Silikonfugen erneuert werden. Ansonsten war es sehr sauber.

Die Lage war perfekt. Haben immer einen Parkplatz vor der Türe bekommen. Und es war alles super sauber und toll eingerichtet.

Der Duschkopf müsste mal erneuert werden.

La casa si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 15 Min a piedi dal mare. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata rapida ed efficace. La casa è piccola ma accogliente.

La stanza è poco insonorizzata con l'esterno. Il bagno è molto piccolo e necessita di maggiore manutenzione (soffione della doccia).

Blízkosť do mesta, v okolí veľa obchodov, pekárni. Pár minút od vlakovej stanice.

Veľký hluk v celom bytovom komplexe, dlho do noci. Veľmi slabé odhlučnenie apartmánu . V apartmáne sa nachádza plynová fľaša na varenie a plynový ohrievač na teplú vodu.

Apartment is new, very beautiful and nice. Everything was clean, and just 4 mins to the train station and 15 to the beach.

Just small details like: no shelves or other thing where you can put soap in the bathroom, not even holder for toilet paper We did not found how to connect microwave

"Excellent remote place to get a bit out of the busy Palermo area"

We had an excellent stay in Capaci - the owners provided us with everything we needed and helped us immediately with any concerns - we worked remotely from there in the home office and there was loud construction work in the apartment next door - we were able to find a solution immediately that we were provided with another room for work. Thank you at this point! Facilities everything you need - beach 15 min walk - great mountains to get into nature - good food options, lots of pizza restaurants little pasta
