Horrible. Avoid going here! People booked an apartment with a photo and we got a different one! Who handles this apartment COCAL Srl agency doesn’t care for anything, when you book you don’t see that it’s an agency who closes at eight and if you are delayed you have no chance to find the accommodation. In the booking confirmation there was one address and one name of the apartment, they got keys for a different address and different name so there was no chance to find as it was not indicated anywhere in the email . We got the keys at a hotel reception not walking distance without any explanation, that it was for another apartment with a different name and it was not that address we got. so we were looking for the apartment in the middle of the night with a small kid for two hours waking up people because they’re a no numbers on the doors, on the key you couldn’t read the address, (if you would even guess that you got keys for a different address )there is no phone answer no help no written indication where to go, furthermore next day when we complained they said it’s our fault we didn’t found they didn’t help at all and they didn’t regret at all this disaster. furthermore this is the second time with this agency that we have the same problem of getting keys without any explanation and any indication.

When you get into the booked appointment at four in the morning you don’t like anything about it.
