"Nice apartment - very noisy surrounding."

Nice apartment.

Extremely noisy street below - noise every night until several hours after midnight. Sometimes noise from the nabours. I couldn't watch TV - no instructions how to use it. The same for the micro-wave - didn't get it to work. I think new sheets after a weeks stay would have been apropriate.
