Management company. Terrible communication. Checking in procedure was a complete joke. We got a whole heap from booking.com filled it all out and downloaded an app they suggested nothing worked on the app complained to Mng co. They said they don’t use that anymore. By this time it was 24 hours before we arrived in Cadiz. When they gave us their access inform they decided to tell us we needed to give them a 95 euro deposit which was out of order so late into the booking. Didn’t give me a method to pay this deposit and expected me to come to there office, which defeats the online booking and entry system. After texting them a couple of times and complaining they finally gave me access to pay. Bear in mind this is up to about 8pm the night before we are leaving for Cadiz at 4am the next morning.still at this point I do not have access system to gain entry into the apartment. When we arrived apartment was lovely but had no info on Wi-Fi only to text mng co. You gave me the name of a Wi-Fi that was not secure or password protected which was out of order for the way that people use their internet to continue business, banking and social life. When I pointed this out to the Mng co.the answer I got is as the walls of the apartment are so thick no one can access it. I sent then a photo with open French door in the lounge with the building opposite window about 3m away with no thick wall between them. I then went down to the street door and stood in the street to show how anybody standing in the street can access their Wi-Fi. Got no more communication from them after that. Beware of this Mng co. and beware of their Wi-Fi security before you book, but lovely apartment and facilities

Nice big and beautifully refurbished apartment in great location

The apartment was impeccable. Every detail thought of. It was our favorite of the trip. The communication was excellent from start to finish. The beds were comfortable, the bath rooms were nicely done. The entire apartment smelled and looked clean, had old world charm with modern touches. Great central location, close to a plaza with paid parking garage. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Awesome stay! There was excellent communication from the team, and we checked in by ourselves with no issue even though it was our first time using Bluetooth locks! Very futuristic! Cadiz is small but the location in the old town was still brilliant, there were supermarkets to get water and essentials from nearby as well as countless cafés and bars a 5 minute walk away, and of course the rest of the old town is not much further walking. What i loved most about the apartment was the attention to details - the towels were thick, big and fluffy, not the usual thin small ones you get in a hotel or apartment that don't dry a whole body. The TV was large and modern - it was a Smart TV so we could open apps and connect with news from back home, plenty of plug sockets including by the bed to charge your phone etc. Those small details that make a big difference from being an OK place to an amazing one. And of course the size of the apartment was wonderful, great tall ceilings and all the kitchen and bathroom fixtures were modern and well kept. It wasn't shabby at all. I see as well on Booking.com the WiFi srated as 6.7/10, which surprises me as we had no issue connecting nor any issue with the strength/connectitivty. Even the TV streamed perfectly on it! The closest car park is San Antonio Car Park by Interparking, there is an APP you can download called P-App Interparking Hispania SA, if you set up an account the rate is cheaper, and you can also set up multi day entry if you're going in and out frequently. Without it, the day rate is about 20 EUROS, so factor this into your budget for staying here if you have a car. It's secure & 3 minutes away and if you register the license plate, all automatic entry and payment, drive up, barrier opens and you're charged. But perfect place in Cadiz and we would return in a heartbeat! Also, we loved the 2 cats across the street who were talking to us through the windows!

Not really a huge issue but we did all notice it an comment on it - the front door to the apartment is glass so anyone can look in. I get that is trendy but a blind to pull down would be nice to we can choose to not have people seeing in. Especially for security. If you read the reviews here, a few people have mentioned this over a few months, and nothing has changed, and I think putting a blind up or something would be a very quick and easy fix. Also again small, but the apartment isn't numbered or named, we were looking lost and another guest from another apartment pointed us in the right direction - the apartment opposite appears to be managed by the same company as it has the same glass door except you can see into the living room directly which is more of an issue!

Amazing apartment in a nice location in the old part of town. Plenty of space, great facilities. Helpful staff. Top notch all around. Best apartment we have had during the two-week trip in five cities in Andalusia.

The apartment is highly recommended. Equipped with everything you need.

Large, spacious apartment. Beautifully decorated. Modern amenities. Based on previous reviews, I was concerned the kitchen would be lacking in amenities, but it was fully stocked. Lots of dishes, glassware, cutting boards, silverware, etc. Adequate amount of dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. Excellent location on a quiet street in old town. Quick walk to the mercado, cathedral, promenade, beaches, etc. Didn’t mind using an app to unlock the building and apartment. It was a little out of our comfort zone at first, but once we got used to it, it worked perfectly. If we are ever in Cadiz again, we will definitely stay here!

It would have been nice to have some extra garbage bags for the kitchen and bathroom and a few coffee pods.

Spacious apartments and good location.

Every morning water in apartments went cold after just one person showering. System does not allow for the number of people staying in apartment to have hot showers and very slow to warm back up again.

The apartment was just great and spacious. Amazing bathrooms, beds and location.

Maybe it needs a curtain at the front door otherwise neighbours can see you inside the apartment where you are in the living area.
