Un aspecto a mejorar seria la mampara de ducha. Es pequeña y no impide que se salga el agua al resto del baño

This apartment was truly perfect in every way. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The location is spectacular—just steps from the beach, with incredible views from the balcony that I’ll be remembering long after I’ve left. Whether it was sunrise coffee or a quiet evening watching the waves, the setting could not have been more peaceful or inspiring. Inside, everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. It’s clear the hosts care deeply about creating a welcoming, calming space. The apartment had everything I needed—and more—for a relaxing and refreshing stay. Communication with the hosts was smooth and kind throughout. I felt incredibly lucky to have found this place, and I would absolutely love to return. In fact, I hope they’ll have me back—this apartment and its beautiful location left a real mark on me. Highly recommended in every way.

More than one set of keys would have been great (one for emergencies)

Las vistas cada mañana al levantarse , la ubicación , restaurantes y bares debajo del apartamento y la misma avenida detrás con tiendas.

Había 3 cucharas para café o postre y 3 cucharas soperas y éramos 6 personas , el mando de la bomba de calor no funcionaba , lo tuvimos que solucionar nosotros , porque en principio nos iban a dar una solución y no fue así.

The property was well fitted out and across from beach. Public transport outside the door. Balcony facing west with beautiful sunsets. Fifteen minute walk to old medieval town of Cadiz.

Shower can spill out so you need to use a towel as a berm. Oven in kitchen would be good to have but we managed without it using microwave and built in hobs.

Its location. The proximity to the beach is fantastic.

I’m really not sure why this property is rated as highly as it is. It wasn’t clean when we arrived. Best I can describe is it was bachelor pad cleaned - the sinks had been rinsed but not cleaned with cleaning product and the floor, particularly in the bathroom was dirty. There were dead bugs in the bathroom. The staff contacted me daily in the lead up to our stay asking about check in times and were then over 20 minutes late. They demanded a €200 deposit before we could stay despite the property being paid for in full. This was not pre-advised off in the terms and conditions of the stay and frankly I wouldn’t have picked the property if it was. I hadn’t even stayed 1 night in the property before the staff were contacting me about leaving. We had to clean the property, take out rubbish etc or would be penalised financially. This is why I stopped using Airbnb! I’m on holiday not a cleaner. The kitchen was cleaner after we left then when we arrived.
