Apartamento muy bien ubicado, limpio y acogedor. Muy bien equipado, cerca de la playa, parada de autobuses, restaurantes, pero en una calle tranquila sin mucho ruido. Violeta es una anfitriona de 10, te explica todo, hace recomendaciones y merece la pena hacerle caso :)

The host was great and the property clean and tidy

Jano is in the care of Violeta who is a hostess par excellence. I learned more about what to do in Cadiz from spending 20 minutes with her than I would have anywhere else. She is attentive and ready to help well beyond what you pay for. Additionally the apartment has everything you could possibly need for your stay, except for your own meals. I've never stayed in an apartment that was as well supplied bar none, nor one that came with an owner who was so attentive to our needs.

Not a question of " didn't like" but more of "be prepared". The apartment is small, as even Violeta admitted.. But it still met all of our needs and the bed was very comfortable. And though it is a first floor apartment, noise from the street was minimal. Also the apartment is nicely situated for the beach and the train station, but a good walk from the centre of the old city.

The Jano PuertoTierra was just perfect in every way. Although compact and bijou it has everything we needed. Lots of lovely little touches showed the love and attention to detail that the owner had put into making the apartment a true home from home. It is very close to the station, on a quiet street, just on the edge of the old city. Easy walking distance from the beach and all Cadiz's sites and sounds.

This charming apartment was very conveniently located. Just inside the old city, it was walkable to all areas that we wanted to see in town and still just a short walk to a long beach, great at sunset. Super clean, quiet, well stocked and very comfortable. Our host and her son were very kind and went out of their way help us with our questions. Highly recommended.

Host was very welcoming. Apartment was small but perfectly presented. Fully equipped for a multiple day stay. Great communication.
