It was very quiet and easy to find! The bed was very comfortable.

Confusion over the entry code both to the outside gate and actual apartment door caused a slight delay but the response when contacting the host online was extremely fast so cleared up quickly.

The patio door windows were very grubby, and could do with a better clean ahead of the next booking. This didn't affect our stay though so more for information only.

The host was helpful in locating the apartment and initially checking in. Once we identified the multiple issues with the apartment (plumbing issues, dirtiness, etc), we never got a response to our calls / texts.

Bathroom tub/shower faucet did not work AT ALL, bathroom sink stopper was broken so sink filled with water, big wad of hair in the medicine cabinet, kitchen coffee cups had food residue inside and/or broken handles, patio door was filthy. To sum it up, the bathroom tub/shower and sink plumbing did NOT WORK AT ALL and it was in serious need of a deep cleaning. In addition, we flagged these issues to the host who never responded other than to say they would attempt to get a plumber there. We vacated after one night (originally booked five nights) as we could not stay in a dirty apartment without working plumbing.

Value… but you get what you pay for as I needed to leave 2 days into my 5 day trip due to how uncomfortable I felt at this property.

Several malfunctioning or broken furniture or amenities, dirty carpet covered by area rugs, open washer / dryer hookup that emitted dryer fumes into the unit from the downstairs unit (for 3 hours!!), dirty and used sponges, no lighting at entry (I had to use my phone flashlight to cross the room into the kitchen to find the first light) unplugged internet and TV that I had to reboot, broken hairdryer, door code not programmed upon my arrival at 9pm…hosts didn’t program until I reached out while standing outside the door, hassle with nightly parking registration, and unkept pool area. The listing pictures are the best thing of property as it fooled me to stay there.

Nice 1 bedroom apartment. Bed is very comfortable. Couch is good enough my wife and I pulled out and cuddled up for movies.

Wi-Fi is weak. Plugins don’t hold a plug very well. Keep having to push plugs back in. They are very loose.
