If you are happy to stay in a place where there is dried vomit on the stairwell and bags of dog poo left in the car park and by the swimming pool then this is the place for you. The site of the vagrant with his shopping trolley in the street was also an added bonus! We left the property within 20mins of arrival as we did not feel safe and the outside surroundings were unhygienic. We informed the host who only made the comment "ok thank you" and we also informed booking.com to let them know. Apparently we are not able to have any form of refund because our complaint was not about the actual rental, just about the complex the rental was on... however in our mind it is hard to separate the external complex from the internal property as you walk through one to get to the other!! Do not say you have not been warned!!

The property is nice , straight to the point. Easy to access . I had one of the greatest host very fast responding & always checked in to see if I was ok each day .

Besides the weed smell coming from the neighbors , which I didn't like because I have a newborn & etc . But it didn't bother me much .

Location is very good . Very quiet. Comfortable for four people. Free coffee at cafe near by.

The kitchen could have had more supplies as plates, oven tray.

The place was well set out, good location, the owner let us drop off our bags early, which we appreciated

Smelled of smoke as soon as we arrived. We had hot water for 1 night, next morning there was none, the owner kept saying it was fixed and it never was, we spent the rest of the time with no hot water, we would have gone elsewhere given the chance, but the owner kept saying it was fixed when we were out never was, bad communication, all other guests at this place suffered also and were told the same lies, After many messages and pushing hard I Got a partly refund, booking.com was also informed and stated proceedings against them. This would have been a great place to stay, but all the lies make it not a trustworthy place to stay

Cleanliness, location, convenience.

Would have preferred top sheets on bed rather than just a comforter. Failure to credit Benjamin Franklin for wall poster about the gift of beer. However, I do not plan to report this to the copyrite office.

The property was very clean and quiet we enjoyed our time at the house! Very close to downtown attractions!
