The place was great. Such a convenient location! Extremely clean and bigger than expected. The bed was super comfortable. Instructions from renters were clear and easy to follow. The building was quiet the entire weekend. Would definitely stay here again. Can’t beat the price, esp with all the accommodations.

No complaints honestly. Great stay.

The studio is in a pretty nice location. You can reach all the mayor Dallas attractions within a 10 minutes ride. The furniture is cozy and you have everything you need in the kitchen. Using door codes is much easier than taking care of a key.

The wifi in this place is not stable. If anyone wants for work from here - better use a hotspot. Also, if getting to the property by car - the parking lot is very small (4 spaces) and merges onto the street with a big bump. We had a normal heightened car and touched to concrete every time we left / arrived.

"Great location, cute apartment. Very small bathroom and a problem with the kitchen light."

There wass no light switch for the kitchen. We found a pull chain in a drawer that must've come off previously. That was a slight hassle. Since we were only staying one night, we didn't bother contacting the manager or owner; there was a number on the wall.

"Cute older apartment in great location."

Location was great (near my son's place in St. Julian) but also close to many restaurants. Cute furnishings, comfortable bed.

Only suggestion is to provide some sugar packets for those (like my hubby) who like to "pollute" their morning coffee. We were fine with the stairs and the shower in a raised tub, but guests with limited mobility might have difficulty with this.
