"It was clean and sufficient for our needs, in the location we wanted to be in and was good value."

Clean. Size was comfortable for 3 people. Functional kitchen. Located on second floor walk up in a small apartment building in a nice residential neighborhood.

Would have liked a full size ironing board given there was plenty of room in the closet. Note, pull out bed is hard.
