The feeling at home vibe. Very warm, spacious and full of character. Lots of nice details. A cake was waiting in the kitchen, as well as some cereal, coffee and other sweets. Super clean and comfortable bed. Parking arranged perfectly. And the host was amazing in her communication, guidance and tips. Absolute stunner of a place in a beautiful city.

Tamara was an excellent host, giving many good suggestions on things to do and restaurants in Bilbao. She was very helpful with parking our big van and answering any questions right away. She even had a homemade cake and breakfast items for us, as well as coffee pods.

If you have a lot of luggage, or difficulty with stairs, be aware there is no elevator. There was a nice guy there who helped us with our suitcases.

Apartment offers everything one would need for a comfortable stay. It has an aircondioner and fans in every room which was great as weather was unusually warm. Tamara and Oscar were the most helpful hosts. They provided every possible information on nearby attractions and good restaurants. They also offered a use of their public transport card which made traveling in Bilbao both cheap and easy. Wonderful!

This is a place that feels like home away from home and it is evident that a lot of thought has gone into making visitors feel as comfortable as possible. It's a true gem and we would stay here again next time as well as recommend it to anybody we know.

Extremely helpful host. Parking garage well worth paying extra for. Host met us by the parking garage, allowed early check in and late departure. Easy to contact host throughout whole stay and her suggestions for activities were great. Apartment well situated. Road a bit noisy, but bedrooms are tucked away in back part of apartment.
