Turquesa :) Parking and Wifi

Beautifully decorated with lovely welcoming touches. Spotlessly clean. Ana was a super host.

Everything was perfect nothing to dislike

Renovated, new and modern, comfortable. Perfect for family or two couples with two separate bathrooms. Very well stocked kitchen for cooks, with a large grocery close by. Accessible to tram and train. Ana and her mother met us and gave us a full tour and instructions as well as escorting to the garage.

Small issue, as noted in previous comments, is the neighbor on the other side of the deck partition is a smoker. Unit is on the first (2nd) floor and has no real view, but faces a quiet street.

They had lots of details. Tranporte card, chocolates, coofe. Spacious parking lot apartment espacios and very clean.

To much decorations carefully with kids.

Our host Ana was amazing. Before arrival we were well informed, and she answered all our questions with no hesitation. On arrival we received a lot of valuable information about the area and city. She was very helpful with our late and delayed arrival and making sure we got the keys. The apartment is on the expensive side, but when you take in the service, the provided transport card and all the little service things we received during our stay, we were very happy with our choice. If we make it back to the city to see a football game someday, we will contact Ana again.

It is not even a thing we didn´t like, but a small improvement would be a kettle to boil water for instant coffee instead of just the capsule coffee maker.

Very convenient and comfortable apartment with every possible thing you could need. The private parking is a big plus and the host provides a card for the public transport which takes you to the Guggenheim in 10 minutes. The host is very friendly and responsive and will do everything she can to help.

THE PLACE WAS DECORATED REALLY BEAUTIFULLY AND THE LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC. EASY ACCESS TO MANY DESTINATIONS LIKE TOURIST DESTINATIONS AND TRANSPORT SERVICES

It was too hot and had no air conditioning but she had fans which didn’t do anything good. asked for another fan, first said yes but never brought it. Don't know what happen.

A great property which had everything you would need. It was exceptionally clean and ideally situated to access the centre of Bilbao.

Another good fan would have been beneficial to ensure both bedrooms stayed cool during the night.

There is parking space available. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. The host was easy to reach and answered promptly.

Very poor sound insulation. You can hear the tenant/owner above till late at night moving chairs, taking showers, flushing the toilet, sometimes screaming ... definitely needed earplugs to be able to sleep. Excessively decorated. Too many things placed on the table, shelves and in every corner of the room. Feel smaller than it is. Hardly any space to put your own things. You need a good 30 min walk to the Guggenheim museum and 20 min to the city center (Moyua Plaza) unless you accept moving by tram half way around the city. Not a problem if the weather is good an you're not in a hurry to get somewhere.

Turquesa is the most beautiful comfortable apartment in a perfect location! The quality of everything is exceptional, the beds are extremely comfortable, all the decor is beautiful, there is nothing to fault. 'Ana' was very helpful and so lovely and she also gave us free travel cards to use on the public transport. I thoroughly recommend staying here in this apartment.
