"Very good"

The house is very cozy/homey but not small. Lots of seating in living room, sun room and kitchen to allow for great conversations. The location is great.. easy access to underground and shops.

our only complaint is that it appears that one of the rooms was originally a dining room. It has a bathroom dedicated to that room. For a group of 7, having only one of the bathrooms accessible to the whole group made it a bit difficult to get ready in the mornings. But that is not a huge problem among close friends and family

"Totally pleasure!"

The Victorian Condo was perfect for our family to gather in Jamaica Plains for a family Thanksgiving held at my daughter's nearby. The condo was cozy with comfortable couches, a great chess board to play, and the basics that we needed. Lots of towels and basics. It was around the corner from Whole Foods - perfect for supplies!

Watch out for alternate side parking if you have a car.
