"The perfect location to explore Cannes and enjoy on the beach"

The location is perfect, close to the Croisette. The apartment is spacious in a luxury building that's in a calm environment. You have everything you need for a longer stay.

The host didn't provide a washing machine. If you are coming by car, I recommend you use a secure garage. Our car was parked on the street and was damaged by thieves at night.

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

Despite a good location we had to run away Nothing was good - THE OWNER COMMENTED THAT THE APARTMENT WAS DIRTY BECAUSE WE CHECKED IN EARLY - THIS IS A LIE!!!!! WE ARRIVED IN THE EVENING!! THE APARTMENT WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY WITH SPERM IN THE BED!!! RUN AWAY AND NEVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY! THERE ARE NICE AND MUCH CHEAPER CLEAN PLACES IN CANNES

Too dirty: bed sheets with sperm on it, lots of hair, smashed tomato on the walls, lots of dirt on on the floor, wet towels, dirty walls , dirty dishes and broken glass, toilets not washed out, coffee thrown in the kitchen, dirty bed The owner did not communicate at all. Counting on Booking.com protection against such announcements, waiting for money reimbursement.

"Photos does not correspond to reality!"

Afret entering the apartment, I smelled a disgusting stench. Mold in the bathroom, dirty sofa. Photos does not correspond to reality at all. I didn't even stay there and I left immediately.

"Great value for money"

The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is very good - quiet, but really close to the city center and Croisette. The building is very well taken care of, has 2 elevators, so no need to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. The apartment has all the appliences.

It took some time to figure out one of the locks - one needs to push the key in with a bit of force for it to turn. The fridge was a bit loud.
