Cathedral two bedroom unit & two balconies

The location

It was dirty, construction was happening, and there were warnings and being told to not be loud or at ALL or else the cops would be called on us (literally any noise past 9:00), and the height of the shower was not disclosed

The facilities were as advertised. I didn't feel like any part of the apartment needed to be improved. For the price, it was a great deal. The host was especially fantastic, providing recommendations for everything I asked for and for things I didn't know I wanted. After leaving my headphones, he went above and beyond in working with me to return them. It's a good property whose host makes it unforgettable.

Location, cuteness

Bathroom unusable due to small structure and the sewage smell was unbearable, which you could smell through the rooms. Host tried to assist which was very kind and helpful but it really didn't go away. Very very noisy at night. Entry was like an abandoned decrepit property and creepy.

Everything about the property was perfect. I really appreciated the space and communication with the owner exceptional. Every attention to details of the guest’s needs were perfected.

The apartment is located at the heart of the historic centre of town. We loved our stay and the host was very nice. Very responsive, speaking perfect English and was also kind enough to let us check out late on the day. Beds were very comfortable too. We'd stay there again.

Very central, typical traditional building, simple facilities but all fine. Not very quiet, but its in the centre of town so that's normal. If you like what you see in the photos you will like this place.

The apartment is in a very good location right in the old city center, cafes and bakeries close by. The beds are comfortable. Clear instructions.

Everything is a little rundown. The pictures are oldish and for example the chairs have holes in the fabric. If you are short (under 160cm) you probably won't be able to open the upper lock at the top of the door (which was stuck and took us almost half an hour to force open). If you are taller (over 170cm) you will struggle with the small shower with a low ceiling. The introduction also says "beachfront" which is not correct, and "rooms/services for disabled" which is impossible with this apartment if you have restricted movement. This is something that the owner should correct. Electricity kept cutting off if both heaters and the lights were on. In Cadiz the rooms tend to be more pricey, but even then the price-quality ratio was not very good.
