Комунікація тільки через телеграм, хозяйка приміщення попри домовленість не прибула на заселення, поставила перед фактом що приміщення зайнято і є вільне в іншому місці, на 25% дорожче. При скасуванні замовлення побачив що воно вже було скасоване приміщенням.
