"Якщо все відремонтувати буде майже ідеально"

Чудове розташування, поруч багато ресторанів та магазинів, голодними не залишитесь. Перший поверх однозначно плюс.

Найголовніше, не працювала вентиляція, при розмові з'ясували що вона є але тимчасово відключена. Душова сантехніка вже втомилася і потребує догляду
