all fine - if you're picky then the matresses are a bit hard and they're covered in plastic which could be sweaty in summer

The views are incredible, the position means you can look across and up and down the lake from the balcony. Newly refurbished property to a very good standard and very clean. Lovely hosts.

To access the property on foot you have to walk a steep winding path on rough ground. It's absolutely worth it for the views but is certainly a good workout. Travel by car would be the easier option.

Absolutely loved the place! We went there for our honeymoon and couldn't be happier. The landlord, kindly, took us from the port to the property and we were mesmerised by how beautiful everything is! There's a direct view of the lake from the rental with a lovely balcony where you can enjoy your meals or simply lie down in the beach beds. The amenities within the rental are extraordinary! It truly felt like home! The kitchen has literally everything you can possibly need with complementary coffee and tea available. The AC is great, and the bathroom is nicer than many of the hotels we stayed at! The bed is comfortable, and the bedroom opens directly to the balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your own bed. There's a washing machine and a drying rack you can use as well. They've got a lovely small garden overseeing the lake with hammocks and garden chairs all around. The sound of the flowing river crossing the property will definitely sooth you like nothing else will. The landlord is a WhatsApp message away, and she's been very helpful in organising our stay and nearby trips to close by towns and helping us with our car and ferry schedule. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE TREASURE TO STAY AT, WE WOULD LOVINGLY GO THROUGH THE HASSEL OF AIRPORTS, TRAINS AND FERRIES JUST TO STAY THERE AGAIN!

-The property is situated in the town of Domaso, which is the furthest town in the ferry schedule from Como. This means you have to take the earliest ferries to explore the nearby towns. It also means you have to be in the ferry no later than 7 P.M. assuming you're in a not too close by town so you can get to the property on the last trip. -No taxis available in Domaso so you have to either go up by foot through a small route (takes 15-20 minutes going up or 10 minutes going down) or the landlord will arrange some sort of transport via car which feels a little inconvenient to ask for. I would suggest you have at least 2 days of your stay dedicated to staying in the property itself and enjoying some relaxing time with the amazing views. You will NOT regret it!
