this is a beautiful property with a great view of the lake. very spacious apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen the place was super clean host was very helpful and gave us tips of where to go around lake como, there was plenty of brochures in the dining room to aid with travel the boat connecting Dumaso to the other towns in lake como was just a short walk away also great value for money considering the view and size of apartment

From the moment we arrived we felt at home in Natalie’s lovely historic property. We were impressed with having the entire floor of her home to ourselves surrounded by beautiful antique furniture and historic memorabilia from the area and Natalie’s own family. Natalie was a wonderful host, regularly checking that we had everything we needed and things were to our liking. She even messaged us with details of a local event in a nearby town which we attended and thoroughly enjoyed. She ensured we felt very welcome by offering many additional provisions. We loved the location- a fabulous spot to explore the quieter towns of the northern part of the lake. Access to ferries and buses was just metres from Natalie’s front door. The absolute gem was the spectacular view of the lake and surrounding mountains right from the balcony. Highly recommended, particularly if you want an authentic Lake Como experience without the crowds.

As it is on a main road, the traffic outside could be noisy but only if you were on the balcony. However, we just found it entertaining.

We loved our staying in this remarkable apartment! ❤ It's really huge and has such an amazing view from balcony and really tasteful historical indoor. The host Natalie is the nicest person 🙂 very helpful and kind. Apartment was very clean and well equipped in everything you need also it's great located, near to bus stop or a ferry. We definitely recommend this apartment👌 Best place to stay in and sightseeing Como Lake 😉

Wonderful charming old house with endless amazing details that fits to the home. The apartment was huge, long balcony direct at sea front, amazing also at night. Everything one needs is close to the home, restaurants, Gelato, good bike rental, ship harbor..

There is no aircon (but that's mentioned and maybe wouldnt fit to the character of the home) and the street is not really quiet even at night due to some motorbikes. So at high summer it's a bit hot. Rest of the year no problem. There is a fan and lots of windows and a door to open to the seaside though .
