The apartment was comfortable for a few days vacation. Everything was in place, cleaned, and worked efficiently. The staff was always available for any concern and everything was explained clearly.

The building in which the flat was in was a bit creepy and I don't think a lot of maintenance has ever been done. But considering the price we paid for the apartment it was understandable.

Nice little flat. Perfect for three people. Entrance and staircase are not that appealing but the flat ist pretty and clean. Easy check in through key box. Parking on the street is no problem. Everything you need is well explained in the guest information book in the kitchen. Supermarket and restaurants are in a close walking distance.

"A good base that met our needs."

The location was convenient for our purposes, but we didn't know Dundee and the area wasn't quite what we expected. The flat was nicely appointed and great for a short stay. Everything worked fine and the flat was clean and well maintained. Parking (free) is on the street and we found that there was usually a space not too far away.

It was fine for us, but you do need to be able to carry your bags up flights of stairs.
