Serene Quays

The host is very friendly and efficient. The apartment felt like a home away from home especially because I was travelling with kids.

The towels on the beds were not clean.

I liked the location it was in. Very beautiful views from both the rooms and longue. Very big balcony and the fact that it came with 2 bath tubs and 2 showers was great.

I was disappointed with the temperature of the water as our showers were not very hot but warm.

It was so it was spacious. Most of all it felt homely. The location was amazing and the view was out this world

functional facilities. the place has amazing views. we never had to drive everything was close by. the property is clean and homie

the views and comfort. the agent took care of us everyone we needed something and was very quick to respond. our deposit was paid shortly after we left

Very close to Shaka Marine Attraction and 360 views of harbour

I'd skip the breakage deposit part, it makes this place seem like the cheap motels around the city next to clubs... Maybe increase the price so the relevant segment is attracted... I suppose it works for the property owners
