The place was beautiful and clean we will be definitely visiting again.

The place is beautiful and clean, the security is very good and the owner is a friendly person

The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable byt the owner promised to change them. I also did not like the brown towels

Friendly host and staff and their service, great location with lots of places and things to do and visit.

Bunk bed need better mattresses. (Queen size bed was perfect though.) Bathroom needs some work to be done on loose fittings. A bit of touch up on the paint work on the wall will bring the place more pleasure.

Didn’t get to stay in the property

After a 2 hour drive, my wife and I arrived at the property at around 07:30pm. This was also the time I indicated we would be checking in. I called the number provided on my booking and there was confusion immediately. I was told about a lady who had checked into the apartment I booked and asked to send proof of my booking. Also, nothing could seemingly be done because the manager was already in Westville. Furthermore, the checking in of a guest to the incorrect apartment had only happened once before. To his credit, Wade called me back a few minutes later offering us to stay at another apartment which was of lower quality than the one I booked. I declined this and sought alternative accommodation. Please shore up your checkin process.
