"Would stay again"

I enjoyed the privacy of the unit. The balcony is completely secure with no onlookers from neighbours. The unit is very comfortable. Rooms are clean and welcoming. Kitchen has all you need.

The door is quite difficult to unlock from inside and out as it gets stuck and the shower caddy is covered in rust. The ironing board was broken in half.

"It was the best for us a family and seen monkeys playing around take you back to nature."

We had a self catering and the location is surrounded by the malls which is the best part of it. You buy, eat what you want

Maybe the TV can be bigger for those who cant see clear when sitting at the lodge.

The location & view is great. Beach umbrella provided. Pool & garden available for use. Can walk out directly onto the promenade. Covered parking.

Cleanliness is non-existent. From mould in the bathrooms, to a dirty floor, dust on the fans, stained curtains & foul smelling dishwasher. Wardrobes appear as if not cleaned in years, so rather keep clothes in the suitcase. Towels changed once in a week, but only half were actually changed. Issues were raised initially but one can only raise it so much before you give up, as this is not the purpose of a (relaxing) stay. The cleaning from the staff was evident to be as minimal as possible. The apartment requires urgent maintenance, broken kitchen cabinets, rusty (&dusty) ceiling fans, chairs & towel racks and poor quality/flattened pillows. On the lounge ceiling there are a number of double sided tapes just left there? General maintenance does not appear to take place, which is a pity considering these are simple things but collectively give an overall poor impression. Other reviews speak to similar experiences in points raised, and unfortunately that was our experience as well. Truly disappointed in what could be a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect for access to the beach

The beds are hard and pillows too soft. The patio set is metal and uncomfortable because there are no cushions.
