Kyalanga Beachfront Apartment

The property is conveniently located with a walkway to the promenade and is super spacious. There was a lot of little thoughtful things included like 2 pin plugs, coffee, soaps, etc. Michael was also very hands on in sorting out lights that weren’t working along with the microwave. The property was comfortable and very easy to access.

The bed in the main bedroom was completely collapsed on one side which made it extremely painful to sleep on for 2 adults for the duration. The toilet in the main bathroom was also leaking and we had acquire towels from family to deal with that. The middle couch was completely collapsed which made the lounge suit only suitable for 2. It was stated that the hand towels would be changed twice a week, this did not occur, bath towels to be changed once which didn’t occur either. The blankets were also very insubstantial for the weather (just a thin duvet and a throw and nights very very cold) nor did the bedding fit the bed, it kept coming off every day. Bedding could have been cleaner. If improvements could be made on the above

Apartment is well maintained and has a lovely view. Comfortable and well equipped.

Two flights of stairs made it tricky for my elderly parents to access the garden and beach.

It was at a perfect location and the facilities are fundamental.

No thing

Location was perfect. Awesome view.

Noisy reception. The oven was dirty. The guest shower wasn’t cleaned. The owner needs to jack up his cleaners. I was in the apartment when they came to clean.

Load shedding was an issue - perhaps a generator or inverter would help
