There is a really bad cockroach infestation, I think not only in the unit but the building in general, I would suggest you guys address this issue ASAP.

The location is convinient

The furniture is very basic, beds are quite uncomfortable & so is the couch - I visited another apartment in the building which was much better equipped with aircon for the same price.
