"Very modern"

Very new flat with smart styling and a kitchenette. Ocean view and an upmarket suburb. Clean and comfortable.

Home away from home, we enjoyed our stay very much. The cleaning ladies where friendly and welcoming. Don the owner his just too chilled and friendly. I would most definitely love to visit again.

It could have been a lot better if the housekeeper lady used both a mop and broom on the floors instead of just sweeping. The was dust on the floors, under the bed and hair behind the floor mirror from previous guests.

"Good for night stay but not recommended for relax or chill out"

Facilities like AC, Fan, TV, cleanness, and sea view...

Entry/exit access as everytime we have to wait till thw gate close as owner suggested which takes everytime waiting for entrt/exit as no guards to watch everytime we have to take care no one tailgate. And it is not for relax purpose and kids friendly becaus many rules restrict you for night party like music, get togather, Limited kitchen stuff, so if you have any guest joining you no more basic kitchen items. Otherwisr all good if you using it just for sleep and shower for couple only with no guest.
