The house was very spacious and clean I didn't expect that by the look of the flat outside

Reception They are disorganized no corporations between them and it affects the US as customers

Very dodgy and prostitution around the area and false advertising on booking.com website

It was clean

Yoh the Building is scary 😩

A member of the board of trustees took upon himself to assist us to track the owner of the apartment. The apartment was clean

When we arrived, no one knew about us. The lady at the door was extremely unfriendly. We were assured of a place for 7 people. However, we were given the one 5 five people. We could not use the other bathroom because there was water flooding. The floor was always wet. The cleaner would come and wipe. However, as soon as she left, it started. Apparently, this was not a new thing . They promised to send a plumber, and only on Moday someone came to assess without any assistance. We were 5 4 ladies and a gentleman using one shower and toilet. We reported the TV on arrival and it started to work only Sunday evening.

Tv was not working check in time also not convincing atlist 13:00

Basically nothing at all

The apartment is jst completely wrong for leisure purpose,had to walk a distance to get key access,staff very rude 😭it’s jst dirty from the gate to the apartment it self ,had to wait for more than 20min for a lift 😓leaking water in the parking space worse my car couldn’t even fit in the sport allocated

Location was great, security wase freindly

We had to go up eleven floors because lifts were not working the entire weekend, our feet's were swollen and and it's an expirience that I will not forget.

I liked everything your bed is big enough and comfortable keep up.
