"It was pleasant and peaceful."

The location was good and close to the beach. Because of the weather we couldn't make use of it for walks though.

It was a bit smaller than anticipated and, we thought it would have a view being close to the beach.

"An ideal value for money overnight stop with all you need without the frills of a more fancy places."

Location was ideal for what we wanted ie close to the function we needed to attend. However for a longer stay would also be ideal as it close to the beach, close to the highway if wanting to travel north or south, close to Gateway (if that floats your boat)!

Whilst very clean and ideal for an overnight stop and the host being very helpful and the price being realistic it could feel a bit cramped if staying longer -ie a bit hemmed in and not 'open' enough.
