The insane amount of cockroaches. Property claims to fumigate weekly. I however don’t believe that because cockroaches appear immediately after they clean The noise The terrible WiFi

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. We really loved our room — it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also appreciated the privacy, as there was no unnecessary disturbance from the staff during our stay. The WiFi worked very well, which made our experience even more convenient. Another great advantage is that guests can go out and come back anytime without any issues. The location is excellent and very close to uShaka Marine World, making it perfect for tourists and families. The only downside was the presence of cockroaches in the apartment, which made us uncomfortable to cook there. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything No towels,gyser is only switched on when you arrive,there was people booked there partying in the early hours of the morning and were allowed,lady at the reception did not greet us,instead she was complaining that since our booking was late,she has to clean the room again in the morning for the next booking at 10. So she kept on telling the security guy to tell us to leave exactly or before10 as if she's doing us a favor. They are rude in that place those girls. Even in the morning,when we were checking out,they were very rude

i liked where the property is situated, that is very convenient for people travelling from afar, but a big BUT the property has to do something major with the coachroaches, their a major turn off. Please do something, they really degrade your place, especially if you know u have visitors, fumigate with extra chemicals or poison... just do something bigger that just normal fumigation because it is not helping
