It's close to the beach, shaka marine

We had an issue with TV, had to ask for clean towels, waste was not taken out. No waiting area.

It was very close to the beach

The staff was not very friendly. The towels weren't clean. Sat without electricity for hours because staff forgot to loaf electricity before we arrived.

Beach front, walking distance to Ushaka Marine

Parking, they should have option to choose whether one wants a parking or not. I waited about 15 minutes to get a parking because security officer has to make calls before I get a parking and in the morning someone was parking behind me, and I was unable to out

"Host and receptionist so unprofessional"

I didn't like anything, I'm still pissed as I type this review We booked in Dec 2025 for late Feb 2026 but they still failed to deliver

We never got to stay, the host was nowhere to be found, he didn't even pick up our calls Only for him to call us later for a refund, full of attitude 😒 🙄 The reception smells cigarettes, the receptionist was busy with a bubble gum, she was busy sending personal WhatsApp voice notes when we were stranded and frustrated, she started helping after we've threatened to report the host to the police for fraud. I will never book with them
