Locstion was perfect nice view .

Was raining and the rain come inside but the windows where closed.the water filled the house.im dissapointed.i never see my self encourage someone to book there.

The way staff addresses some things when we complain

Everything, the stuff was super friendly, we had enough towels and sheets, the apartment was clean and very welcoming for my family

The place is located in a beautiful location with sea facing views.

The rooms are infested with cockroaches.

The aircon

We did not know about having to pay a breakage deposit, only once the booking was made then only we were told that there is a R500 fee for lost or broken items, when we checked in we also checked a itinery list and a few things were missing on it, back and forth to the reception to report and mention that things are missing it was brushed off.. The hotel also scheduled maintenance at our windows for aircon repairs without notifying us that there would be maintenance during our stay, and our windows and curtains had to remain closed during that period... On booking on booking dot Com mentioned there is private parking included and we called to make sure in that, they did mention it would be R50 per day, on arrival we were told it would be an additional R150 per day

ILike the style and people 2 reception and security is very kindi

And the hotel is very clean
