The set up of the place... The neatness. The availability of the facilities including a washing machine.

The bed was not comfortable. May it also have a mattress cover. The aircon also was not functional.

The room was amazing and as per the photos. The only issue I had was the windows that could not stay open, and I had to insert straws into the hinges so that we could get some air and cool the place down. However, I was told air-conditioning was being installed. If that is in place, I would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit the surrounding area. Very save parking, just not for massive vehicles. Just read carefully that you need to pay a direct deposit and is not done through Bookings.

Close to the beach with a good view, the security was kind to look after our second car since there is only one parking allocated per room, nevertheless the second day the landlord managed to secure a second parking for us.

Extra payment of R1000 and other conditions are only sent after you have made initial payment which is non- refundable, once it is processed then you’re required to deposit extra refundable 1000 which inconvenienced us, and the repayment took longer than three days. Atleast it must be shown prior booking so that we can have an option to consider or not to consider. The water was cold, we reported and someone came and check but even the following day it was still cold, lastly, we stayed for two days but no cleaner came to clean up until we left.

The apartment was beautiful, it had an amazing view of the harbor. Also all the attractions and shops were nearby.

The Aircon didn't work, and the bed was not comfortable at all. They need to replace the mattress.

I do not like the fact that they asked for a refundable deposit but when I enquire about it, I am ignored. Every time I sent them a message before our check in, they responded and now they are not saying anything back. I am very upset
