"Spacious apartment with friendly host"

Very spacious, well equipped for cooking, comfortable bed

The weather was hot, nights were hot so windows had to be open. Our host obligingly produced a kind of air conditioner which helped cool the bedroom and blot out the sound of road and farm traffic and the bells of the church opposite the house which struck every quarter.
