Little Hopwood Apartment No1

Beautiful apartment, very well furnished. Have a bonus balcony with table and chair. Let us enjoy evening drinks and dinner . Great location in the middle of the main street, close to shops, restaurants and the river.

The TV. impossible to make Netflix or Prime works. A bit out dated in this regard but definitely not a deal breaker. Surprisingly lot of paperwork to fill, definitely not a lack of communication from host.

Location and layout is excellent

Only one point for consideration - a blind to close off the skylight would be useful. It’s lovely having the natural light pour in but a darker room in the morning is nice and given that there are blockout blinds in the kitchen and living room, having the skylight unable to also be blocked negates the other.

Which did bring some street noise with it, not unexpected

It was clean, however the kitchen utensils were grimy and not clean.

Tv needs updating to smart tv, so can log into streaming services

Well set up and equipped.

Very little although parking limitations could have been communicated more clearly.

Warm and cosy for a winter’s stay. Great location and plenty of options for dining close by. Very close to where you can board a Paddle Steamer on the Murray. Even though the apartment fronts High Street it was not noisy at all.

Parking was not explained in the pre-arrival information and you just have to park in the nearby Little Hopwood Lane and walk about 50metres to the apartment. Quite a few stairs to access apartment 1 so if you struggle with a heavy bag it might not be the best choice.

Great location, easy access

The shower head needs to be replaced, it isn’t very good and dribbles in some places. Would also be nice to have some tissues available for people :)
