Cozy private Apartment, Mirador Escazú -Great view-

Everything! Try the hot tub at night over looking the view, you won't regret it. I kept the sliding doors open all night for the breeze. Very very secure no insects flew in.

Property would benefit from air conditioning in bedrooms & new pillows (some are a bit lumpy & uncomfortable). As jacuzzi is not included in price - this should be clear in the facilities included. €30 p/h too much.

The apartment was FULLY equipped with every convenience. We had two balconies, one off the bedroom and the other off the great room. Cleaning service midweek was unexpected and welcome. We plan to return next year.

This lovely property has a stunning view of Escazu and San Jose. It is very secure both for the house and for parking. Premises are clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was very good. Great value for the money. We would definitely stay there again or recommend it to others.

If possible a bigger shower head in the upstairs bedroom would be more effective.

The welcome wine bottle appears to be a gift but it’s not and it’s fairly overpriced. The midweek cleaning could be more thorough.

The 2 owner's dogs can be noisy at times The house can be hot and there is no AC, just simple ventilators that are not enough. Luckily there is the possibility to open windows on both sides to allow more airflow. The owners are making some repair-improvements that can be noisy

The view is amazing. The beautiful big dogs and enclosed property provide a sense of a safe and secure stay. The property management team is very clear in sharing expectations and kindly provided water bottles and coffee. The kitchen had the necessary tools to cook breakfast and the table enough seating to dine together.

The beautiful property doesn't have an elevator so luggage must be carried up the steps. Notwithstanding, the lack of air-conditioned spaces, only fans.

The host was friendly and communicative, and we liked getting to say hello to the friendly dogs on the property. The apartment is beautiful with excellent views and very good privacy, and it feels very secure with a gate around the property. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door with a small balcony looking over the city, and one wall in the living room folds open to offer access to the main floor balcony, so there is very good lighting and ventilation. There is good water pressure and hot water in the showers. The whole unit was very clean and furnishings were of good quality, and it was very convenient to have a washing machine. I worked online during part of our trip, so it was very helpful to have a second bedroom space with desk to work from, and the WiFi was very good quality for video calls.

I am from the US originally and prefer a very soft bed (not common in Costa Rica). While the mattresses were very good quality, I was recovering from a surgery and would have appreciated a mattress pad cover to make it softer. One additional note is that the jacuzzi in the listing is an additional paid option, not included in the rental.

Location was awesome with most things at one's fingertips. The view was spectacular and the accommodations was excellent
