Spacious Contemporary Chalet type Apartment.

L'espace, la décoration très soignée, toutes les attentions qui nous ont été offertes ( bouteille de vin, fruits, tout pour réaliser un petit déjeuner Irish), le spectacle des petits oiseaux qui viennent à la mangeoire, la localisation près de Galway, le confort des lits.

Our host met us when we arrived (he lives next door) and thoroughly walked us through the property. We picked this place specifically because it has a washer and dryer so we could wash clothes at the halfway point through our two-week journey around Ireland. The living space is amazing with comfy couch and satellite TV access. The galley kitchen is well appointed, and we cooked a couple of our meals there. It's a short drive down to downtown and the harbor where we took a ferry to Aran Islands. After the ferry ride we spent the evening in the downtown area with good food and drink and did a bit of people watching. There was folk dancing going on in the main square, which was a lot of fun to watch.

The instant hot water heater was super loud, and we thought we had broken something initially when we first turned on the water.

It was bright spacious nd exceptionally clean well maintained nd warm. Comfortable beds nd well equipped kitchen fabulous garden nd ample parking spaces.

Couldn’t fault it.

We loved staying at this location. Everything was so cozy, Jarlath, and Mary were very welcoming, and we appreciated all of the small, thoughtful touches that made our stay easier.

Wonderful place and exceptional host! The cottage is a beautiful place provided with all modern and essential amenities. The property is spacious and has a big lawn/garden. Accees to and from the premises to Galway City centre is as easy as it can be. The photos of the property posted on the platform do not do justice to the actual property, it is way better than that. We would strongly recommend this place to fellow travellers.

Great location, very close to city centre but still in a quiet place with privacy. Very clean and modern accommodation and very nice and easy to deal with host.
