Eyre Luxury Apartment

Location, clean, good amenities though we didn’t require many.

Weird back entrance with complex (but well explained instructions); small shower; could have explained how to lock the door.

Zentral, sauber, sehr gemütlich, alles vorhanden

Easy access to the city. Full kitchen so we were able to cook a great breakfast.

The flat was lovely although the 2 bedrooms quite small. The location right in the heart of town is wonderful and our host Connor was tremendous, very responsive and helpful.

The rear entrance which is accessed via laneway stairs which are shared with a restaurant meant we often had to climb past the cooks or restaurant staff having a break or cigarette. The restaurant staff often would sit in the flats’ rear courtyard area at top of stairs which was disconcerting.

Amazing location close to dining, entertainment and the many pathways along the sea. Very large apartment overlooking Eyre Square and right beside shopping area. Beautifully decorated. Full kitchen with laundry. Clean. Modern bathroom. Nice outdoor sitting area.

Bedrooms were a bit hot. I’d recommend larger more powerful fans- maybe even ceiling fans.

The location of this Flat is perfect. It’s very comfortable and great for up to four people. The kitchen is lovely washer dryer is a big plus.

The walk up the back alley stairs was a bit difficult with luggage, but is manageable

Everything was spot on. Clean and cozy in absolutely perfect location. We were able to check in earlier and stay little bit over check out time. Can't recommend this place enough! Would stay there definitely again.

Conor was very helpful, kind, and considerate. He was very responsive when we had questions. The location is super, right on Eyre Square and close to so many pubs, restaurants, shopping, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms set away from the square and mostly quiet. Definitely recommend for families or two couples. We would stay here again if we come to Galway.

As others have said, the back stairs and entrance seem a little sketchy, but the apartment is totally worth it. There is some noise from the pub downstairs and the hotel folks upstairs, but again super manageable and to be expected for a place right in the middle of it all. The couch is a little saggy.

The apartment is perfectly situated in Eyre square with a nice view of the square. Super convenient location - walkable to everything, most within only a couple minutes. It's spacious and the kitchen is well stocked.

Weather was very muggy (although not super hot) so unfortunately the apartment was very warm. Sleeping was difficult because there was no way to cool the place down - bedrooms were stuffy. We suggested to Conor that he supply fans to guests in the future. Would've upped our rating for sure. Also I've if the bedrooms has beds with wheels. Our two adult sons slept on those and said the beds moved around a lot and made noise when turning over. Additionally, while the location is great and safe, when first arriving it was a little jarring to find that you enter through an alley and the staircase is shared with a restaurant kitchen. Again it was fine and safe but our first night the alley felt a little sketchy. Lastly, would be nice to have shower gel or shampoo for the shower. Also the parking was 29 euro/ night. There are other garages a bit farther that are much cheaper if you are willing to walk. All in all would recommend but it would be improved by fixing some of the smaller issues.
