Residence Mont-Blanc Poolhouse

A basement apartment in a large house in a quiet area a short tram ride from the city centre. There is parking on site and the host met us to show us the apartment and answer any questions. It was very clean and spacious and there is a fully equipped kitchen.

Great place to stay. Beautiful heated pool.

When we arrived we were supposed to have a 2 bedroom apartment and a living area. This was not the case. We had to walk through a one bedroom unit to access ours. This was not advertised, totally deceiving. I really felt for the people who were in the other unit. We had access to their bathroom and kitchen. Had no idea where the washing machine was. Was not in our unit as advertised. We had to walk through the master bedroom to access the bathroom and toilet. It's not great with 4 adults sharing. Halfway through our stay, we were informed they were changing the bed. Had to vacate the premise for this to be done. When we arrived back, the lounge and mat were soaking wet. All we wanted to do was relax and watch a movie. When Rick was asked why, he said they had shampooed them. They were still wet when we left this morning. His solution to this problem was two towells and blankets. They only provided 2 chairs for 4 adults. Did I mention the living area was in the main bedroom. I spoke to the couple that were in the other unit. They said had they known they would not have booked this unit, and we certainly wouldn't have booked either. Our unit door was left wide open when we arrived home. So everyone could access our unit. This is an honest review of our experience. I suggest if you're going to book, check where your apartment is located first, and who has access.
