ZAZAZABig comfortable house. Jason was very friendly and helpful. We loved the fireplace as well as the built in braai area. We will go back there again. Also free wifi and no loadshedding was a bonus.
The previous tenants left the oven filthy. But Jason sorted it out.

ZAZAZAZAComfortable beds. Spaciousness
1. Dirty, unkept gardens, lawns and paving. 2. Dirty walls, ceilings, windows, cupboards, working tops. Cobwebs in kitchen. (Check microwave area). 3. Icky, sticky dirty, dark, gloomy, dingy kitchen. Yuck. Please DON'T blame Banda - this is NOT his responsibility. 4. 'Industrial' - like small bathroom. Bathrooms need SERIOUS UPGRADE and maintenance. Shower temperature IMPOSSIBLE to control. Small bathroom dark and dirty and dingy. And door does not lock. 5. Lounge area needs serious clean-up and 'lightening up' and upgrade!! 6. TV does not work - despite Banda's best efforts. 7. Factory type finishes on unpainted walls looks yucky and dirty. 8. Kitchen sink area is disgusting and look at the light-fitting - sies. 9. Dirty unmaintained second-hand paving. 10. Dump at the back of the property was, well, smelling like a dump and looked disgusting!!! 11. Garden is overgrown and messy. 12. Trimmed / pruned shrubs........off-cuts are just left there - should have been removed months ago. 13. Plug-top in bed-room missing . 14. Front-door latch broken. 15. Door frames (especially second bathroom) very, very, very, bad condition. 16 Window in back bedroom could not close. 17. Curtain hanging off the rails in bedroom. 18. Broken roof-tiles, gutters and down-pipes 19. House-keeper and family staying on same property is not professionalism. 20. Limited soap and loo-paper. 21. Creaking doors. 22. Broken, unmaintained skirting - boards 23. Atrium / conservatory needs a serious clean-up and upgrade. 24. Very limited crockery. Old, outdated, tired cutlery. 25. Interestingly.........the website pics don't show the main house - at all [we now know why!] These are NOT complaints - they are just honest comments on the state of the place so that you (NOT Banda) can use to improve the experience of the next guests.

Property is run down. Roof leaks and smells damp. Quite dark with basic equipment in the kitchen. Only 1 towel each and no hand towels for the toilets until we asked and then only provided 1 between 3 people. Toaster didn't work, informed caretaker, but nothing was done about it. Nice garden area, but no seats to sit out on.
